VENDOR’S TALE: SANASI’S CONFECTIONERY’S RAINY DAY BLUES
In a heartwarming and relatable tale, the owner of Sanasi’s Confectionery has shared her disappointing experience at a recent event in Barnawa, Kaduna. With high hopes and a full faith in her products, she had paid for a vendor space, baked 50 foil cakes and 20 cookies, and promoted her brand on social media. However, her dreams of making a profit were washed away by a sudden rainstorm that halted the event.
Despite her efforts, with the help of her younger sister, she was unable to sell much, as attendees opted for familiar vendors. The entrepreneur’s disappointment was palpable, but her spirit remained unbroken.
