The agreement stipulated: “I, Badmus Okikiola Habeeb (also known as Portable) residing at the aforementioned address, hereby issue this letter of undertaking. I commit to the purchase of a Black Mercedes Benz GLE 350 with the following chassis number: 4JDASHB6GA656575, at the price of twenty-seven million Naira only (N27,000,000.00). I undertake to make the initial payment on the 10th of January, 2024, amounting to twelve million Naira only (N12,000,000.00). The second payment, totaling five million Naira (N5,000,000.00), shall be made on the 24th of January, 2024.
